For over 20 years, Michelle has been teaching communication and problem solving. She teaches coping skills and how to avoid stress, BUT has now done an about face and changed her tune.
She believes we should instead RIDE into the DISCOMFORT ZONE!
Learn how to ride into DISCOMFORT ZONE! We often avoid difficult conversations or situations thinking they will just go away. NOT! We must instead run towards what makes us uncomfortable to become confident we can face any challenge from work, relationships, parenting, and life! We will discuss how to actively listen, communicate effectively and ride into the discomfort zone. We can make stress our friend and channel that energy to benefit employees, relationships, challenges, and accomplish goals. Life? You've got this!

Favorite College Presenter
While presenting at EFY Conference at Brigham Young University, one student was upset, "There isn't enough room. Everyone wants to come to your presentation!" Michelle pulled in piano benches & even had kids sitting on the floor to hear about Resiliency and learn her famous Coping Skills. "It was one of my favorite presentations because the room was packed with contagious energy. What they learned will help them lead a happier and more accountable life." Michelle delivers and leaves the listener feeling hopeful, excited, and empowered.
Retreats & Conferences
As a Play Therapist and School Counselor, Michelle often presents to the student body. She can be serious, fun, silly, focused and appeals to all audiences. "I taught Coping Skills one day to a few health classes. The next day I had 20 kids in my office asking for my chart. When I had teachers and even other counselors asking, I knew I had created something special." Michelle has created 7 Key Coping Skills that are doable and fun. One of her mantras is, "Knowledge is Power. Doing is Ownership. Never Giving Up is Success."
