Professional DevelopmentWhile presenting at EFY Conference at Brigham Young University, one student was upset, "There isn't enough room. Everyone wants to come to your presentation!" Michelle pulled in piano benches & even had kids sitting on the floor to hear about Resiliency and learn her famous Coping Skills. "It was one of my favorite presentations because the room was packed with contagious energy. What they learned will help them lead a happier and more accountable life." Michelle delivers and leaves the listener feeling hopeful, excited, and empowered.

Retreats and ConferencesAs a Play Therapist and School Counselor, Michelle often presents to the student body. She can be serious, fun, silly, focused and appeals to all audiences. "I taught Coping Skills one day to a few health classes. The next day I had 20 kids in my office asking for my chart. When I had teachers and even other counselors asking, I knew I had created something special." Michelle has created 7 Key Coping Skills that are doable and fun. One of her mantras is, "Knowledge is Power. Doing is Ownership. Never Giving Up is Success."
