The Discomfort Zone: Learn how to ride into DISCOMFORT ZONE! We often avoid difficult conversations or situations thinking they will just go away. NOT! We must instead run towards what makes us uncomfortable to become confident we can face any challenge from work, relationships, parenting, and life! Join this fun and interactive presentation to learn how to manage stress before it manages you. Many people believe stress is a negative in our lives. In actuality, stress is meant to protect us, energize us, and help us reach beyond what we think we are capable of achieving.
